Project Management and Superintending of Remedial Works
Overseeing the technical aspects of the project to ensure the requirements of the Specification are met, administering the Contract on behalf of the Principal (The Owners).

Preparation of tender documents, holding a tender site meeting with the Contractors, response to the Contractors Request for Information (RFI's), tender assessment using matrix-weighted analysis, and tender recommendation.
