Parham is a Chartered Structural Engineer and Registered Design Practitioner (under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020) with more than 14 years of experience in Middle East and Australia as a Remedial / Structural Engineer and Technical Inspector. He has strong theoretical and practical knowledge in Structural Engineering, Building Diagnostics and Remediation.
Parham has been involved across a diverse range of projects, both small and large. His expertise includes inspection, investigation and remediation of distresses in masonry, concrete, steel and timber structures. He has been involved in numerous waterproofing projects from initial assessment, investigation, design and technical specification and ultimately to the superintendent of the projects.
Parham has been responsible for structural site inspections of large, multi-million-dollar commercial and apartment buildings which makes him a valuable asset to any project. In his mentoring and tutoring roles, he has experience of lecturing to over 2000 engineering students. He has published three articles in Structural Failures and Advanced Structural Plate Analysis and he has been nominated for the Young-Successful-Engineer award in 2016 in Iran.
